Staff are trained in the safe administration of medication. This is done annually through pharmacy supplier. This is to ensure all aspects of the medication safety cycle are followed through for people in our care. Staff are able to access long distance courses throughout the year with our local college, to obtain qualifications related to adult residential social care. This enables them to better their understanding of the people in our care, and provide support that is person-centred.
